At Shivam Books, we comply with all Indian government shipping regulations and deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India. Our goal is to provide a smooth and timely delivery experience to every customer.
Order Dispatch & Delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation.
All products are shipped from our warehouse using trusted courier partners.
Please allow 5–7 working days for delivery, depending on your location and courier service availability.
Shipping Charges
We aim to keep our shipping charges simple and transparent:
Free or discounted shipping may be available based on ongoing offers or the total value of your order.
Standard shipping charges apply to certain orders, and the exact amount will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Additional charges may apply for select payment modes (e.g., Cash on Delivery) or remote delivery areas.
⚠️ For orders that are cancelled after dispatch or rejected upon delivery, applicable forward and return shipping costs will be deducted or charged based on actual courier fees.
Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once dispatched.
Important Notes
We deliver only to the address and recipient information provided during checkout. Deliveries accepted by alternate persons are not the responsibility of Shivam Books.
In the case of damaged or incomplete deliveries, an unboxing video or clear photographs must be submitted as proof on the day of delivery.
